You can often find me teaching yoga, making elaborate charcuterie boards, or curled up with my best girl, Luna, and the latest book on human behavior. I’m fascinated with understanding why people act and think the way they do.

After experiencing high stress, burn out, and deeply traumatic personal challenges, I found myself with C-PTSD and an autoimmune condition. Plagued with strange symptoms that couldn’t be explained because my bloodwork was “normal,” I desperately searched for answers. Instead, I was left with thousands of dollars in medical debt and no solutions to answer for it. That’s when I decided to take matters into my own hands; immersing myself into the world of holistic healing.
In this process of self-discovery, I learned the tremendous impact that trauma has on the body physically and the power of bio-individuality. In other words, finding healing in a way that works for my unique needs. These discoveries I now bring to my clients to help them explore their inner worlds and feel empowered to take control of their health and wellbeing.
My personal experiences combined with a decade of professional experience as a mental health specialist, certified integrative nutrition health coach, stress management coach, and 200-hour yoga instructor bring a unique holistic and trauma-informed lens to my coaching services. It is my passion to help clients transform from human doing - simply going through the motions in life, to human being - feeling at peace and whole in your body.
