  • Health and wellness coaching is ideal for individuals who are ready to embrace positive change and benefit from professional guidance. It can benefit individuals who want to go beyond quick fixes and one-size-fits-all solutions to improve their health.

  • The duration of health and wellness coaching varies depending on individual goals. Some clients may decide to work with a coach for a few months, while others may continue for longer to achieve more complex or long term goals. Typically, sessions are held on a bi-weekly basis.

  • A health and wellness coach guides individuals through managing stressors in the present that are impacting day to day functioning. While therapy addresses more chronic, complex mental health challenges, such as mental health conditions and past traumas. Coaches cannot diagnose, prescribe, treat, cure, or prevent any physical or mental health conditions.

  • When Life Gives You Lemons does not currently accept health insurance. However, clients can conveniently pay per session through our secure member portal or arrange a personalized payment plan with the coach to suit their needs.
